Each session runs for approximately 75 minutes, ample time for three cycles of hot and cold .

3. What should I bring to my sauna session?
We recommend bringing two towels ( one to sit on during sauna, one for dry off) , water bottle, comfortable swimwear, and a change of clothes.

4. Is the sauna accessible for people with limited mobility or wheelchair users?
Yes, a platform lift can be installed upon request during the booking process, ensuring safe and dignified access.

5. Are children allowed in the sauna?
Children over 12 may attend with a parent or guardian.

10. What happens in bad weather?
Our sauna is designed for all-weather operation, with stabilisers, non-slip mats, and covered deck areas to ensure safety and comfort.

1. What is the recommended time to spend in the sauna?
We recommend intervals of 10–15 minutes inside, followed by a cool-down break, repeated throughout the session. We recommend the same time outside the sauna as in, a quick cool down plunge and time to equalise form the extremes.

12. Do you provide drinking water ,towels, or other amenities?
Yes, filtered drinking water is provided, and shower facilities are available. We have towels available to hire, or You’re welcome to bring your own towel if preferred.

13. How hot does the sauna get?
Our wood-fired sauna typically operates between 70–90°C, with humidity adjusted by the sauna master.

14. Is the sauna private or shared?
Sessions may be shared with other guests unless you book a private group experience.

15. Can I consume alcohol before or during the sauna?
No. For your safety, our sauna is strictly a substance-free environment.

16. Do I need any experience to join a guided session?
Not at all — our sauna masters guide first-time users through every step, ensuring comfort and safety.

17. What is an Aufguss (steam ceremony)?
It’s a ritual where water infused with essential oils is poured over hot stones, followed by towel techniques to circulate heat and aroma.

18. What happens if I feel unwell during a session?
Please inform the sauna attendant immediately. You can exit at any time, and first aid support is always available.

19. Is there a maximum number of people allowed inside?
Yes, for comfort and safety, the sauna has a strict capacity limit of 8 for communal session.

20. Do you operate year-round?
Yes, the sauna runs in all seasons. In colder months, the contrast therapy with the cool-down deck and showers is especially popular.
